We have updated our uniform policy: all club members are now required to purchase their own uniforms. To support members and their families through this transition, we are offering payment plans to cover both clothing and playing fees. These plans can be selected at the time of registration, with weekly or monthly options available.
Players may choose between long or short sleeves and select their preferred playing number. If you would like to order additional clothing, the pricing is as follows:
White or Coloured Shirts (long or short sleeve): $46.00
White or Coloured Pants: $55.00
Coloured Playing Shirt & Pants Set (long or short sleeve): $85.00
Coloured Training Shirt: $40.00
Coloured Training Shorts: $45.00
All players are required to wear official Kumeū Cricket Club-branded clothing unless advised otherwise. Orders must be placed through the club, and we will liaise directly with our supplier, Gray-Nicolls.
Please note that the club does not hold stock on hand. Delivery may take approximately 4–6 weeks, so we strongly recommend placing orders early to ensure gear arrives before the season starts.
Clothing costs are the responsibility of the player and are not included in club subscription fees.
If you wish to cancel your registration with the club, the following refund policy applies:
Payment in full
Up to and including 13 October 2025:
No training attended, clothing not received or returned in brand new unused condition - A full refund will be issued, less the $65.00 administration fee.
No training attended, clothing not returned - A partial refund will be issued, less $235.00 ($170.00 for clothing + $65.00 administration fee).
No training attended, all clothing returned in used condition - Refund amount will vary depending on the resale value of the used clothing + $65.00 administration fee
Training attended (3–6 sessions), clothing not received or returned in brand new unused condition - A partial refund will be issued, less $100.00 to cover coaching and facility costs.
Training attended (3–6 sessions), clothing not returned - A partial refund will be issued, less $270.00 ($170.00 for clothing + $100.00 to cover coaching and facility costs.).
Training attended (3–6 sessions) all clothing returned in used condition - Refund amount will vary depending on the resale value of the used clothing + $100.00 to cover coaching and facility costs.).
Payment Plan
If you are on a payment plan and no uniform has been ordered on your behalf, any payments made will be refunded will be less the applicable deductions outlined above.
If a uniform has been ordered or you have attended training, deductions will apply based on the above schedule. Any unpaid amounts still owing under your plan may be retained to cover these costs.
From 14 October 2025 until the day before the first scheduled match
50% of the subscription fee will be refunded.
If you are on a payment plan, the total amount paid up to the cancellation date will be reviewed. If it exceeds the 50% threshold, a partial refund will be issued accordingly.
No refund will be issued if a uniform has already been ordered on your behalf.
After the Season Has Started
No refunds will be issued once the season has commenced, regardless of participation or payment plan status.
This includes situations where a player withdraws, is injured, or chooses not to attend games or training.
All outstanding payments under an active payment plan must still be completed.

By registering with Kumeū Cricket Club and selecting a payment plan, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the Payment Plan Terms & Conditions.
Payment Commitment
Late Payment Fee
A $5.00 late fee will be charged for each missed or failed payment.
Players whose accounts fall into arrears will be ineligible for team selection until payments are brought up to date.
The club reserves the right to suspend participation in games and/or training after repeated non-payment, following written notice.
Transfer & Financial Clearance
Transfers to another club will not be approved while any balance remains unpaid.
Transfer requests will be declined and marked as “financial obligations not met” until payment is received in full.
If a player is found playing for another club — including clubs outside the Auckland region — while fees remain unpaid (under their legal name, an alias, or altered spelling), Kumeū Cricket Club reserves the right to:
Report the matter to Auckland Cricket, which may result in my name being added to Auckland Cricket’s official Blacklist.
Advised the receiving club that “financial obligations have not been met” with Kumeū.
Refunds & Cancellation
Players who cancel their registration may be eligible for a refund depending on the timing and reason, in accordance with the club’s cancellation and refund policy found in the section above.
Refunds are at the club’s discretion and must be requested in writing.

Privacy Statement
All personal and payment information is handled in accordance with the NZ Privacy Act 2020 and will only be shared with relevant governing bodies (e.g. Auckland Cricket, NZC) where required for purposes such as player eligibility, club transfers, and official registration.
